Services We Provide

In Massachusetts, Title V inspections are legally required to assess a sepectic systems condition when selling, refinancing, or even expanding a home (e.g., adding bedrooms) that would change the home's flow.

When PU Inspections arrives at your home our three-step process is simple:
1.) We dig up the inlet and outlet of your septic tank.
2.) We use a camera to scope down your outlet pipe to your distribution box.
3.) We locate and dig up your distribution box and scope down your leech field.

Each step we are checking the functionality and structual intergrity of your system overall. The results leads to either a pass, a conditional pass, or a failed inspection. An official Title V report is filed with the Local Board of Health on your behalf.

If your system fails or looking to build on untouched land, a Percolation 'Perc' Test is needed before installation of a new septic system. This test evaulates high groundwater levels, the different types of soil layers, and measurement of how fast water is absorbed into the ground. This data is used by the engineer to design plans for a new septic system. Contact us today to schedule!
